My stay at Hotel Shree Palace was a mixed bag. While the location was perfect, being just opposite the newly built Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Railway Station, the service and facilities left a lot to be desired. The room was quite big and clean, but it lacked a water heater, which made my experience less comfortable than I'd hoped.
